The carpet of green (it’s not exactly grass … some little forb-y something?) is SO green right now. It doesn’t really come across as green in this pic, which was moments before sunset, but the horses are *LOVING* it, whatever it is. That’s Maia, looking for a better patch, apparently. 🙂
So glad this pretty gal and the other horses are finding good snacks to munch!
It’s a huge relief to have some grass growth, even now, late in the year. 🙂 The mustangs are tough, but I’m still happy for them!
I am just so thankful for all of this late-year green courtesy of our late-year monsoon! A veritable mustang buffet.
It is so green in parts of the basin right now! The forecast is slackening off from its all-week rain prognostications, but we will hope like crazy. 🙂
